The What:

Our governance token ($NBLA) is a pretty simple concept. each token represents a share (precisely 1.0E-7%).

The Why:

We wanted to do a token for two main reasons:

• Community input

• Funding

Community input: An ecosystem doesnt work without a community. We won't just be having the community vote on our decisions, we'll be allowing the community to make proposals to us on an official basis. this means the community has every right to what happens on the marketplace.

Funding: We worked out exactly how much money we needed for a long time of operation, even if we're taking no profits. This allows us to have more financial freedom, and allows us to realistically accept more governance proposals without having to decline them for lack of funding.
